The Confederation of African Football (CAF) recently confirmed the dates for the thirty-fourth edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN), which will be hosted by our country. From January 13th to February 11th, 2024, Côte d'Ivoire will become the center of attention for global football. This carries a heavy responsibility and an immense task at the same time!

 

For several months, the different teams responsible for organizing this major event have been hard at work. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Patrick Achi, meetings are being held consecutively to perfect this organization. With 24 teams, the CAN undoubtedly requires great mobilization and flawless expertise. They will come from all over to experience this major event in African football in the country of President Alassane Ouattara. where the quality of life flourishes

 

A significant delegation from the COCAN, led by Vice-President Idriss Diallo, who is also the President of the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF), recently toured all the various sites that will host this competition. While some finishing works are still ongoing, we can be satisfied with the current state of affairs.

 

The essential has been accomplished, and our country will be ready to offer the world a high-level competition. Once again, an opportunity is presented to our nation to showcase its expertise.
